1. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all customers who purchase products in the Weltnet Shop. Weltnet GmbH is a company offering TVIP devices and accessories. The purchase contract takes effect when the customer places an order with Weltnet GmbH.
2. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is formed when the customer orders products from Weltnet GmbH. Prices are displayed on the website. Payment is made in advance at the time of order.
3. Products and Services
Weltnet GmbH offers TVIP devices and accessories. Weltnet GmbH is committed to delivering ordered products in high quality. Technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in the shop. Payment is made via PostFinance Checkout at the time of order. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
5. Delivery
Delivery time is indicated at the time of order. The customer bears shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
6. Warranty
Weltnet GmbH provides the statutory warranty for sold products. For technical defects, Weltnet GmbH is committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.
7. Liability
Weltnet GmbH is liable for technical defects in delivered products. Weltnet GmbH is not liable for damage caused by improper use.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first attempted to be resolved by mutual agreement. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be decided by the court at the seat of Weltnet GmbH (3084 Wabern).
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Activation and Shipping Costs: Activation fees and any shipping costs are not refunded in case of withdrawal.
9.2 Return Conditions: The product must be returned in the original packaging and with all parts intact. The product must be unused and not tested before return.
9.3 Return Shipping: The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the product.

9.5 Withdrawal Period: The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
9.6 Refund: If the product meets the return conditions, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer within 14 days.
